MORE ABOUT THE VALUE OF COINS ~ COLLECTIBLE COIN PRICING

NEVER say "I have a coin in good condition". That is the first mistake non collectors make when offering a coin for sale. Saying your coin is in "good" condition is also the worst mistake! By your own words, you can be trapped into selling a coin for far less than it is really worth. "Good condition" is the term used to describe the lowest desirable condition on the coin condition grading scale. To an advanced coin collector a coin in "Good" condition means, almost undesirable unless it is a very rare version of the coin!

Coins which contain silver or gold have increased in value over 6 times the previous value over the past few years and are as of 2012 still on the rise in value!

The study of coins is a science, a science known as Numismatics. The poeple who market and / or purchase coins for a living (Numismatists / Coin Scientists) have many years of experience. Always remember, some people will be very kind and nice, only to win you over and gain your trust! Coin dealers are no different, in fact, an unethical coin dealer would indeed have much interest in gaining your trust if you have a very rare coin! Someone may seem very nice and kind, only to pay you far less than your coin is really worth. SOME coin dealers will take advantage of your lack of knoweledge about collectible coins and the value of rare coins, so be patient and learn all that you can about coins before selling! Be sure to request a Free current basic coin value estimate via email!

You are asking the question "Where can I find the value of coins?" or "how do i find coin values?" ~ The question you should be asking is "Can I find the value of coins?". The answer to is not easily and not on your own. So far you have been exaclty that, on your own, but this site will help you to estimate the value of rare coins. While we can not guarantee the value of your coins, we can teach you how to get the absolute fair price when you sell your coin. If you have been given a coin or collection as a gift, if you have found, inherited or purchased a rare / collectible coin in the past, the values have increased dramatically over the past few years, largely due to the release of newer types of coins ( even the new ones are already suprisingly quite valuable) and also due to the increase in value of precious metals. Limited edition coins have been issued for many years, now, even in circulation. The old coins always gain in value when they change design and the old coin designs go out of production.

This will be repeated quite often at this site, to make sure everyone reads it : "Do not go to a local coin shop to get an estimate for your rare coins! Don't sell your coins to a coin dealer at a local coin store! If you have a very valuable coin or collection, you are the loser as soon as you walk into the shop as you may be talked into selling a very valuable coin for a very low / unfair price, be careful and don't trust local coin shops to tell you the value of rare coins! I say this by experience, selling my own coins to shops in the past, only to learn later on that the coins were worth more than I sold them for, FAR more! Not just on a fair 15% profit level for the coin dealer as it should be, no, at a 50% loss on my part!!! Never again would I offer a coin to a dealer in a coin store! Sell to collectors! You can sell your coins to collectors at Coin Expert, but first you should learn all you can about calculating the value and fair pricing of rare coins

VERY IMPORTANT! You do not want say "I have a coin in good condition". To make that statement is often the first mistake a person with a rare coin would make, also the worst mistake! From that point, you are trapped, someone who knows about what makes coins valuable would use turn that statement on you! "Good condition" is the term used to describe the second lowest condition on the coin condtion level grading scale!

The study of coins is a science as Numismatics. The poeple who sell and purchase coins for a living (Numismatists / Coin Scientists) have many years of experience and much knoweledge.

IF YOU HAVE COIN OR COLLECTION WHICH YOU FEEL IS MOST LIKELY VERY RARE AND VALUABLE HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO!

Click here and see the top of the page, click on the orange button which reads "Selling Info". Read the information on "Raw" coins. Read the information about Certified Coins too. This is the best way to sell your coins. If your coin is a rare collectible coin you will be assured that you are getting a fair price.

If your coin is in a regular coin holder, or in no coin holder, it is known to investors and collectors as a "raw coin" or "non certified coin". A raw uncertified coin is a risk to buyers who will pay high prices for a rare coin. To purhcase a non certified raw coin at a high premium price is a major risk. Collectors and investors know this. Your coin is only valuable to the top collectors if your coin is certified. See details by clicking on the banner above then click on the "Selling Info" button at the top of the page.

If you feel that you have a really valuable coin, do not risk losing a fortune if your coin is rare and very valuable and you do not have the coin certified and sold by the most professional coin merchant in the world, you stand to lose! When I sell coins, I sell them in this manner as I want the most money I can get for my coins!

VERY IMPORANT CERTIIFICATION AND SELL OF COINS

(ABOVE ALL, READ THIS) Even after you have estimated the condition level and price for your coins, I strongly advise you to have your coin or collection certified before you sell just in case it is a truly rare and highly valuable coin or collection of coins. There is no up front cost to you when you use the link provided here, you can have your coins certified and marketed by the worlds top coin advertiser. Click on the following link and read details on the sell of "raw" non certified and also certified coins. Remember, this is the only way you will realize the absolute true value of your coin.
